I Called Xpress printing to find out if they could do what I wanted. Getting my wedding programs printed with Xpress Printing was a phenomenal customer service experience! I wanted a perfect binding, professional-looking booklet with both text and photographs in the book. I'm getting messages daily about how wonderful our Memory Book is.and I know, much of this success is due to the impressive partnership we had with Publishing Xpress! (sorry for the LONG review - had lots to say!) Their reactions said it all - our book looked highly professional, had brilliant colors and amazing clarity. The icing on our cake was receiving our order well in advance and distributing it to our classmates.
Our print proof arrived in less time than expected and allowed us to make some minor changes before final production. None of us had any knowledge of the printing process, so their technical suggestions (knowing we were on a tight budget), resulted in an amazing book. The excellent service confirmed we made the right decision - all our questions were answered (by Renee & Jackie) in less than 24 hours and they guided us in the right direction every time. We contacted so many places but none could beat the pricing of Publishing Xpress. We do everything possible to 'hire local' for the work we need, but our Class Reunion Planning Team also knew the cost to print our Class Memory Book was going to be our largest expense.
